How to use?

Remember the 4 easy steps when replacing hearing aid batteries:

OPEN. Open the battery door of your hearing aids.

PEEL. Peel off the sticker of your hearing aid battery. Since this is a zinc-air battery, exposure to oxygen automatically activates the battery, however, it is best to wait for at least 1 minute for optimal functionality.

INSERT. After 1 minute, insert the battery into the battery door.

CLOSE. Close and secure the battery door. Ask for a relatives' assistance to check if the hearing aid produces a soft, long static noise - it means the hearing aid is already on and good to use.

📌 Please remember to open your hearing aid battery doors when you are not using your hearing aids to conserve battery life.

When is the Best Time to Change Your Battery?

✅ Battery tester to the rescue! While hearing aid batteries can last up to 2 weeks of use, this still varies on the frequency of usage of hearing aids. Best to have a battery tester with you to track the battery life of your hearing aid.

✅ Hearing a few short beeps. This means it is time to change the battery.

✅ Four (4) short beeps. Last warning before the hearing aid turns off.
