4. Fill-up your complete shipping details.
5. Select your preferred payment method.
6. Once completed, a confirmation email will be sent to your mailbox.

Only our authorized representative can edit an order. You can only change the ff in your order:

- Contact Details
Take note that you can only edit an order before it has been packed.

Order and Shipping
We partnered with a trusted third-party courier service to ensure your items will be delivered safely and promptly.
How much are your delivery/shipping rates?
- Metro Manila: PHP 38
- Luzon/Visayas areas: PHP 50 - 100
- Mindanao areas: PHP 120 - 150
How long is the delivery lead time?
- Metro Manila: 3-5 business days
- Luzon areas: 5-7 business days
- Visayas/Mindanao areas: 7-15 business days
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
- An order confirmation will be sent to you via email.
- A tracking number will be given once the item has been dispatched to our third-party courier.
- You will receive a text message on the same day your item has been delivered.

Do you grant PWD/Senior Citizen discounts?
Yes! Send a copy of your Senior Citizen or PWD ID to our chat box, once verified, we will a 20% OFF lifetime code the buyer can input to our discount section before payment.
Return and Refund
MHA Online guarantees all our products are safe, authentic, and at its finest quality. Upon receipt of the item, we highly recommend taking a video as you open the package.
The video is required in processing return or refund.

What does the return & refund policy covers?
The following conditions are valid for return, refund, and exchanges:
- Defective.
- Damaged in any part of the actual product.
- Guarantee seal of the actual product is damaged.
- Expired (if the product has expiration).
IMPORTANT: Return is available within 7 days upon receipt.
If the defective product has not been returned within the 7-day timeline, return/refund grant will be voided.
What the return & refund policy does NOT cover?
With confidence that our products are shipped on its best quality, the following conditions prior shipping do not grant the return & refund offer:
- Product is clean & tidy.
- Product is not tampered inside and out.
- Guarantee seal is intact.
- No defect or damage in any part.
- No sign of opening (product package).
- Quality is within the expected standards.
- Change of heart.
My item is valid for return/refund, what's next?
Once you've returned the defective product within the 7-day timeline, see next steps:
- Schedule a return via courier or directly go to any courier provider near you. (e.g. LBC, 2GO, 2&T, NinjaVan, Flash Express, etc.)
- Send us the tracking number from the shipping label on your package.
- Wait for the confirmation from our end.
When will I get my refund?
Once we received the defective product, our quality assurance officer will do further assessment that may take up to 5-7 days. This is to ensure that the product is valid for return.
E-Wallet Payment
- It would take 5-10 business days to process
- Credit Card, Debit Card, and COD
- It would take 20-30 business days to process
Dislaimer:
If you made payments via Cash on Delivery, a secured refund form will be sent to you by our customer service agent where bank details are needed. It is important to ensure full and accurate bank account details (exact account name, bank name, account number) will be provided to avoid any unnecessary delays due to incorrect information.
Will you refund my shipping / delivery costs if I return my order?
MHA Online will only cover the shipping costs of the customer within the following conditions:
- Delivered item is wrong.
- Delivered item is damaged due to manufacturing defect.
If the conditions aren't met, the shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer.
